What do we do when students don’t understand? We scaffold to support student learning. Scaffolding for Student Success is a new Alberta Assessment Consortium professional resource that provides a variety of effective tools to scaffold student learning. The tools model how cognitive skills can be broken down or unpacked within the Alberta curricular context. Designed around self-reflection and peer coaching processes, these practical tools help teachers put the theory of assessment for learning into practice.
